Misquoted fees by $690. When making arrangements they did not disclose they do not accept credit cards. Instead this was disclosed the day of the service when they wanted cash up front.
Then they informed us to pay when we could. Later when making the first payment they refused payment and added nearly $50 in late fees.
Also, there was no compassion for the grieving. However, there were several sarcastic and demeaning comments made about us having no alternative at such a late date.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with this deceitful lying business.

did not confirm info for obituary, then blamed family for not being there in the state. claims property was cremated with body, when he didnt ask if it should be. clothing and jewelry gone with no proof family wanted it done or proof it really wasnt stolen. hangs up on family that wants proof jewelry was not ripped off. rude. dont trust.
